Weight
After had our lunch together, my two colleagues decided to drop by at a nearby supermarket.
Having nothing to buy, I volunteered to wait outside the supermarket to look after the cakes we had just bought.
After a short while, one of them walked out. Seeing that there was a weighing machine nearby, I informed her that I wanted to weight myself.
“Let me help you with these cakes. Otherwise they will give you extra weight”, she volunteered.
Letting her hold the cakes, I stood onto the machine and inserted 20 cents into it. It read 69.8 kg.
“It’s not accurate”, I murmured. I recalled the scale in my house read 71 kg last night.
“Don’t worry, it could be due to you ate too much just now”, she consoled. (@@)
